How donations are handled
Golden Mind Academy is not yet a formally registered charity — we are a refugee-led community project in its construction phase. All financial donations run through our public GoFundMe campaign, and spending on materials and labor is documented in the dated updates and budget on our Progress page. When formal registration is complete, it will be stated here and in the footer of every page.

Is my donation tax-deductible?
Not at this time. Golden Mind Academy is a community-led project and does not yet hold formal charity registration. Donations are gifts toward the construction effort, made through GoFundMe.
Can I donate materials instead of money?
Yes — in-kind donations of cement, timber, iron sheets, or classroom supplies can be arranged directly with the project team. Email admin@golden-mind-academy.org to coordinate.
How do I know construction is actually happening?
Dated photo updates are posted on our Progress page, matched against the public roadmap and budget. You can compare what we said with what we built.
Who can I talk to before giving a larger amount?
Email admin@golden-mind-academy.org — we're glad to answer questions, share more documentation, or arrange a call to walk through the budget and site photos.
